President - Ryan Solberg
Ryan fell into the mountain biking after winning a mountain bike in a raffle at 12 years old. After that day, Ryan was hooked on single track at an early age in Bear Valley, CA, and began his journey riding epic trails in the Sierras. By day, Ryan is a physical therapist and serves as the Regional Director of Operations for Tahoe Forest Therapy Services and has lived in Truckee for 18 years. He has 12 year old twins who enjoy everything the Truckee/ Tahoe lifestyle has to offer, including the amazing trails. He serves as President of TNT JDCT and is passionate about giving back to the community by helping get more kids on bikes. With the help of the amazing board of directors in building the team's foundation, he is excited about the TNT JDCT's future growth, offering more opportunities for different ages, disciplines, and athletes across all economic backgrounds. "Not only will TNT JDCT offer a competitive race development team but will offer opportunities with community partnerships, environmental stewardship, character building, and at risk youth involvement." VP Operations/Director - Brad Chisholm
I've ridden mt. bikes since before there were such a thing. In 1983, my friend and I bent the frame on a Schwinn Varsity to accommodate the fattest tires we could find and I've been a mt. bike enthusiasts ever since. I've instructed mt. biking and worked in shops throughout the west, I've ridden trails in many towns, states, countries and on many continents. My hope is that the formation of TNT will help others come to appreciate the friendships, adventures and lifestyle that mountain biking has given me. Contact Brad at email@example.com

VP - North Tahoe - Jessi Ernst
I am a Physical Education and Health teacher at North Tahoe High School and resident of Truckee. I am an avid mountain biker, climber, backcountry split boarder and all around outdoors person. My goals as a physical educator have always been to expose kids to fitness activities that are "outside the box". Team sports are irreplaceable in that they promote camaraderie, build relationships and provide important lessons on personal values, but what about those who just aren't interested or are looking for something more? I love to teach children about the fitness and recreation opportunities available in our beautiful mountain surroundings . That's why our mountain bike program is so important to me. Not only does mountain biking promote skills development, excellence, teamwork and professionalism but it also teaches respect for the community, environment and the importance of being an advocate for environmental conservation.
